I am Prof. Manohar Patil, an Aeronautical Engineer and proud postgraduate from IIT Kharagpur (2009), with over 17 years of experience in the field of education. Teaching is not just my profession—it's my passion and purpose. What truly excites me is working with young minds and helping them unlock their full potential. Over the years, I noticed a critical gap in our education system: students scoring good marks by mugging without truly understanding the concepts. That’s when I decided to shift the focus to strong foundational learning, conceptual clarity, and real-life application. I’m now on a mission to make Maths easy, fun-filled, and practical through innovative teaching methods—blending Vedic Maths, mental math techniques, and application-based learning. Finger Maths
What is Finger Maths :
Finger Maths is a method of calculating with ten fingers that resembles the counting process of an abacus/soroban but without any external tool.
The finger maths uses Ten fingers of both hand. These fingers represent numbers up to 99 and can be used to do addition, subtraction, and other operations.
Abacus can be used to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. It can also be used to perform more complex calculations such as square roots and cube roots.
